ABOUT OUR YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

We are on a mission to build a generation of strong Christian leaders in the local church – and that is what our Youth Leadership Program is all about! At its core, this program is designed to grow and develop youth in grades 9 – 12 who have made a commitment to go to the next level in Christ and become strong Christian leaders in their church, school, family and everywhere they go.

With a focus on spiritual growth, character development, serving in ministry and so much more, the youth who are selected to be a part of this dynamic program are discipled to be high-impact movers and shakers who carry out the vision of Harvest Life and are unashamed to let their light shine for Christ as they take the lead to advance His Kingdom!

How the Program Works: The program is for youth in grades 9 – 12 who have been selected by the Youth Ministry Staff. Criteria such as consistent church attendance, involvement in ministry, and exemplary character are examples that are used to select program candidates.

FROM OUR YOUTH LEADERSHIP DIRECTOR
LaJoya Berry

I consider it such a great honor to serve as the Youth Leadership Director. We have amazing Pastors and and a dynamic Youth Ministry, and having been a part of Harvest Life my entire life, I know firsthand the impact of how being in this program will transform your life – and this is what I want to see for our youth who are a part of our Leadership Program. I am excited about each youth in our program who has said “yes” to God and wants to go higher in Christ. I look forward to seeing each of them develop, grow and become youth who are strong in Christ, taking the lead and also leading others to do the same. God has great things in store, so to our Youth Leaders…Get ready for the next level!
