The mission of the World Reach Ministry is to find, fund and facilitate projects that will improve the quality of life for those in need.
We worked with our Regional Director, Bishop Jonah Bedan, to build the Harvest Conference Center in Nakuru, Kenya. It is a beautiful 2,000-seat facility used for church services, food and clothing distribution, a Pastoral Training Center and Dormitory and more! Powerful events and services hosted are blessing the local residents as well as those who travel from hundreds of miles away to attend! We are blessed to be a part of shifting the destinies of not just individuals but generations!

We look forward to opening our medical center because the need is so great for this area. There is one small medical clinic serving 5,000 families – and a limited amount of medical supplies for patient care. There is one maternity bed. If two women come in, in labor at the same time, one of them will not have a bed to deliver in. We want to provide a facility that will allow more families to receive proper medical attention and the level of care needed to sustain good health.
The Pastoral Training Center is a powerful 2-year program designed to equip and train pastors to go back to their native countries and start Christian churches. These churches are strategically planted where there is currently no Christian presence. We have trained pastors from Sudan, Rwanda, Tanzania, and other countries – and their churches are now thriving.
Accommodations are provided in our dormitory for the duration of the training.

We have been blessed to build several schools and orphanages in Kenya, Africa. Over time, we have been blessed to expand our capacity – to minister to even more students, and also to add more grade levels to our curriculum. When we visit, we see the difference we are making in their lives, as many of their parents cannot afford to pay tuition. We believe that we are called to help these children see a bright future by providing them with a strong academic and spiritual education.
The Harvest Life Clothing Distribution Program provides clothing assistance for men, women and children in need in our community and region. We make available coats for the winter months, shoes and other clothing items for seasonal and “upon request” distribution. All items are always distributed free of cost to all recipients. In addition to our Clothing Distribution Program, we provide volunteer assistance at local community clothing distribution centers.

God has given us a tremendous vision for the future of our ministry! We are in the process of building a new 4,000-seat worship center in Woodbridge, Virginia and we are so excited about the new level of ministry that it represents. The new worship center will serve as headquarters for all of our operations and will allow us to implement programs and minister to people that we are unable to in our current facility. See more about our new worship center here.
We know that many children come to school to get lunch. For some of them, the meal provided by our school is the only meal they will have all day. We ensure that the schools are able to provide nutritious meals and uniforms for the children in their care. We are doing a great work with these precious children and we look forward to seeing them reach a bright future.

We used to say, “technology is the wave of the future”, but it is quite apparent that technology is now. Some form of technology is at work in just about every aspect of our daily lives – and we want to equip children at an early age to understand the theories and principles of existing and emerging technologies. We provide funds for our schools to purchase computers for the children to facilitate this goal.

One of the hallmarks of our ministry is a heart of compassion – and our Disaster Relief program was birthed out of that compassion. From Hurricane Katrina to the Haiti earthquake, Indonesian tsunami and other natural disasters, we have been there! We utilize our network of in-place support organizations to provide funds quickly. We were able to get $100,000 to support organizations for Hurricane Katrina well before FEMA funds were available.
