We are proactive in our reach! We believe that every member of the Body of Christ, from young children to senior adults has a mandate to reach others for Jesus Christ. All Christians should be actively connecting to those that are in their environment and bringing them to the local church that they belong to.

As you share the Good News of Jesus and testify of what the Lord has done for you – you will reach new souls for the Kingdom of God. It is at the church that people can come to Christ and be discipled and then lead others to do the same.

Full circle in the reach process is actually YOU helping to nurture and guide someone else in righteousness and Christian principles. As you make yourself available, discipleship is enabled and empowered by the Holy Spirit who transforms individuals into the image of Christ.

Matthew 9:36-38 – But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

Matthew 28:18-20 – Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

1. Seek people out (family, friends, co-workers, those you meet) for the purpose of making a Kingdom impact in their life.

2. Invite them to the church.

• Talk to them about salvation.
• Lead them into the Salvation Prayer:
  Lord Jesus, I repent and turn from my sins and I ask for Your forgiveness.
  Thank You for dying on the cross for my salvation.
  I invite You to come into my heart and life.
  Wash me clean and fill me with Your Holy Spirit
  and I will trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior.
  Thank You, Lord Jesus, I am born again! I am forgiven!
  I am saved and I am on my way to heaven!
  Jesus, give me passion for the lost, a hunger for the things of God
  and a holy boldness to reach someone else for You.
  In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
• If you prayed the Prayer of Salvation with them, let them know they should come up for altar call at church to make a formal declaration that they are saved (if possible).

3. Disciple them – guide them through their next steps.

• Baptism (We have baptism every 1^st Sunday).
  • Go to the website or app to sign up.

• Help them get plugged into the life of the church.
  • Help them download the App.
  • Help them join the church (use App).
  • Help them sign up for the Connect Class.
  • Introduce them to their Associate Pastors or Directors:
    • Life Group Directors: Pastors Brandon and Brittany Bryant
    • Ages 18 – 39: Pastors Michael and Bernadine Futrell
    • Ages 40 – 54: Pastors Rod and Lashree Obee
    • Ages 55 and up: Pastors Michael and Tara Houston
    • Age 3 – 12^th Grade: Jayma Natal (Youth Director)

• Help them grow in Christ.
  • Help them grow from ungodliness to righteousness.
  • Encourage them to pray, read their Bible, etc.
  • Be ready to help and encourage them through the Word of God.
  • Remind them about upcoming services and events.
  • Assist them with setting up their giving to invest in their church and the Kingdom of God through tithes and offering.

• Care and be a friend.
