The Harvest Life Leadership Program is designed to develop and produce leaders that will carry out the mission of the local church and make an impact in the Kingdom of God concerning the world in which we live.

With that said, it is necessary to develop and disciple the leader in their personal walk with Jesus Christ to be strong in righteousness and stable in their daily functionality providing an example to those in their family, community and to those that they lead.

For the personal strengthening of our leaders:
• Attend Leadership Meeting with Bishop Lyle Dukes – Sundays at 7:45 am
• Attend Sunday School Live with Pastor Deborah – Sundays at 8:00 am
• Attend both Sunday Worship Services – Sundays at 9:15 am and 11:30 am
• Attend Word Wednesday – Wednesdays at 7:00 pm
• Attend special meetings, leadership prayer and personal growth training sessions for leaders
