We are excited about our Youth and Young Adult Choir, Men’s Choir and Bands going forth in ministry during our New Year’s Eve Celebration Service 2024! Please see the information below for rehearsals, attire and more to help get you ready for this awesome event.
YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT CHOIR & BAND
Choir and Band Information
Event: New Year’s Eve Celebration Service

CHOIR DETAILS:
Ministry: Youth and Young Adult Choir
Who Can Participate: All Youth (grades 6 – 12) and Young Adults (ages 18 – 39)
Audition Required: No. All Youth and Young Adults are automatically a part of the choir.
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:

Youth and Young Adult Choir Rehearsals:
• Monday, December 18th from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Wednesday, December 20th from 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm
• Wednesday, December 27th from 8:30 pm – 9:00 pm
• Saturday, December 30th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm – New Year’s Eve Celebration Service Walkthrough
General Note: In addition to the rehearsals listed above youth (grades 6 – 12) will rehearse during Wednesday Night Live sessions on Wednesdays.
ATTIRE:
• Women/Girls: white button-down shirt, black skirt at or below the knee with black or flesh tone stockings and black shoes, gold flower (purchase at the Marketplace)
• Boys (grades 6 – 12): white button-down shirt, black pants, gold necktie (purchase at the Marketplace) and black shoes
• Men (ages 18 – 39): black suit, white button-down shirt, gold necktie (purchase at the Marketplace) and black shoes
Items to Purchase at the Marketplace:
• Gold Flower (Women/Girls only): $16 per flower
• Gold Necktie (Men/Boys only): $12 per necktie
BAND DETAILS:
Ministry: Youth and Young Adult Band
Who Can Participate & Requirements:
• Open to youth in grades 2 – 12 and adults who make the audition
• Youth in grades 9 – 12 must be on the Youth Leadership Ministry and their parent(s) must be on the Harvest Life Leadership Ministry.
Audition Required: Yes.
How to Audition:
• Youth – Auditions are held every Sunday following the 11:30 am service. Click here to schedule an audition.
• Adults – Auditions are scheduled by completing the “Join a Ministry Form”. Click here to schedule an audition.

• Wednesday, December 27th from 9:00 pm – 9:45 pm (NOTE: The Men’s Choir will rehearse immediately following the Youth and Young Adult Choir)
• Saturday, December 30th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm – New Year’s Eve Celebration Service Walkthrough
