FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I don’t see the eGiving platform link, how can I access that?

We have added a new giving platform, Pushpay, which allows you to make payments online via credit or debit card and gives you the ability to schedule debit payments from your checking or savings account. If you need to temporarily access the eGiving platform, you can do so by clicking on the eGiving button in the Other Ways to Give section above. Please note that the eGiving platform will be phased out in the future.

What if I am on vacation or miss service, how can I give?

You can give online or use any of our other available methods. In addition, the recurring giving feature enables you to schedule your donation amounts and frequency of occurrence. This is a great, stress-free way to maintain consistency in giving.

I’m a member. How do I get my envelope number?

Send an email to financedepartment@harvestlifechangers.com or stop by the Information Center and they will be happy to assist you.

Where can I get my annual donation statement for tax purposes?

2020 Harvest Life Church Donation Statements will be distributed electronically via email beginning on Saturday, January 23rd. If you need to update your email address or contact information, please complete the Membership Profile Update Form. If you have questions, please contact our Finance Department at financedepartment@harvestlifechangers.com.

Do you see my personal bank account when I do online or recurring giving?

No, our staff cannot view or access any of your personal information.

What if I have a banking question after I have given?

Call our office Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm or send an email to financedepartment@harvestlifechangers.com (include your First Name, Last Name, Envelope Number and Phone Number) and someone will contact you within 3 – 5 business days.

Can I stop a recurring giving schedule after I set it up?

Yes, you are in complete control of all your transactions via your personal user ID and password.

What if I forget my password to the online site, can you help me?

No, we do not have access to reset your password. Please contact the application helpdesk directly.
