SANCTUARY TEAMS

Usher

Manage the flow of seating in the sanctuary.

Gentlemen’s Ministry

Assist members and guests up and down stairs during worship services.

Open To: Men, age 16 and above
Prerequisites: Must be a member for 3 months

Sunday School Support Staff

Assist with providing administrative and operations support Sunday School classes, activities and more.

Open To: Age 16 and above

SUPPORT TEAMS

Baby & Me

Provide support to parents / guardians who utilize the Baby & Me Room to attend to their child(ren) during worship services.

Medical Ministry

Assist members and guests with medical needs.

Open To: Age 18 and above
Prerequisites: Must be a member for 3 months; Must have a Basic Life Support Certification or First Aid Certification and a CPR Certification

Prayer Ministry

Pray for worship services before they begin.

PARKING LOT

Parking Lot

Manage the flow of traffic on the parking lot for worship services and events.

Provide transportation to and from the overflow parking area.

KIDZ MINISTRY

Kidz Teacher Assistant

Assist Harvest Life Kidz Teachers with facilitating class (age 3 – 5th grade) and provide assistance with crafts, activities and more.

Kidz Check-In

Assist parents with the registration and check-in/check-out process for Kidz Church.

Open To: Women, age 18 and above

Kidz Hall Monitor

Help maintain a safe and secure environment for youth by monitoring the hallways and badge access in the Kidz Church area.

Middle School Teacher Assistant

Assist Harvest Life Middle School Teachers with facilitating class for grades 6 – 8.

MARKETING TEAM

Digital Content Ministry

Be a part of a team that helps to develop content strategy, blogs, articles, social media posts, videos and more to promote Harvest Life events, books, music, film productions and more on significant digital platforms.

FOOD SERVICES

Harvest Kitchen

Help prepare and serve convenient on-site meals following the 9:15 am worship service and for designated events.

FACILITY CARE

Grounds

Maintain the upkeep and landscaping of the church grounds.

Open To: Age 16 and above

Harvest Life Choir

Sing with the Harvest Life Choir during worship services and events to set an atmosphere of praise and worship and lead others into the presence of God.

Provide musical support for worship services and events. Must play one of the following instruments – keyboard, organ, lead guitar, bass, drums or horns (sax, trumpet, trombone). Must be a skilled musician and be able to play by ear in all key signatures.

Audition Note: Individuals auditioning on lead guitar, bass guitar or horns must have their own instrument and bring it to the audition. There will be amps to plug into for lead and bass guitar auditions.

SELECTED SERVICE MINISTRIES

The Serve and Lead Ministry provides a expansive variety of ministry opportunities for the members of Harvest Life Church to make an impact through serving. Amongst this group of ministries is a type we call our “Selected Ministries”. The Selected Ministries oftentimes have specific duties and responsibilities that require a specific skill set, a level of ministry experience and more. For this reason, each Selected Ministry is staffed with leaders who are appointed to make a Kingdom impact by carrying out the mission of the ministry. MAKE A COMMUNITY IMPACT

Throughout the year, Harvest Life Church hosts numerous outreaches and evangelism initiatives to reach our community for Jesus Christ! Through our Lead and Serve Ministry program, we provide an opportunity for all members of Harvest Life to sign up and volunteer to use their gifts and talents to make a community impact. From sorting groceries for food boxes to feed the hungry to wrapping Christmas toys to provide to children whose families are in need, there is a place for everyone to serve!
