Pastoring a church is not an easy assignment. Having been in ministry for more than 30 years, we are acutely aware of the joys as well as the stresses and challenges of leading a ministry. One thing that we have learned is that whether you are just beginning your pastoral assignment or you are a seasoned pastor with years of experience, you will need guidance along the way.

We are here to help. We established Pastors United to strengthen the local church and provide a spiritual covering for pastors. With over 400 members around the world and headquarters in the United States, Europe and Africa, Pastors United continues to grow and flourish, serving as a primary source of mentorship, counsel and leadership development for Pastors around the world. Through Pastors United we give impartation, provide resources and host events that will help you develop and continue a healthy, growing ministry and healthy relationships – with God, with your spouse/family and with your congregation.

Along with the blessing of a spiritual covering, Pastors United offers a safe, confidential environment to ask the tough questions that you wrestle with. Bishop Jonah Bedan is a dynamic kingdom leader with a thriving ministry in Nakuru, Kenya. As Regional Director of Pastors United in Africa, he works with Bishop and Pastor Dukes on various ministry initiatives in Africa which include overseeing the ministry operations of the 2,000-seat Harvest Conference Center, the construction of our medical center and more.

PASTORAL COVERING

Through Pastors United, Bishop and Pastor Dukes serve as Pastors to Pastors giving guidance in the very challenging position of Pastoral Leadership. Through prayerful counsel and instructional mentorship, Pastors receive assistance to lead their families, churches and communities.

TRAINING AND EMPOWERMENT

Successful ministry is the result of strategic training and empowerment. Pastors United provides intentional training sessions to build Pastoral management, leadership proficiency and demonstrated empowerment.

PASTORAL MONTHLY ZOOM MEETING

Guided “Pastors-Only” Zoom sessions led by Bishop and Pastor Dukes present relevant teachings, training, dialogue and wisdom. In this season, it is important to connect often to effectively navigate these challenging times concerning this Pastoral journey.

CHURCH LEADERSHIP ZOOM MEETING

Pastors United provides essential ministry and leadership training virtually to assist and support church management and operations. These sessions are provided to bring excellence, effectiveness and efficiency to your leadership team.

PERSONAL PASTORAL CHECKUPS

Periodically, Bishop and Pastor Dukes will spend time with each Pastor during a personal time of connection during the Personal Pastoral Check-up. These sessions will be designated by Pastors United as directed by the Holy Spirit.

PARTNERSHIP AND GLOBAL REACH

With Pastors United you are part of a Global Ministry. Connect, pray and participate in global ministry through training, planning and mission trips in our effort to reach the world for Jesus Christ. We participate in meetings in the United Kingdom and hold annual conferences at our Harvest Conference Center in Nakuru, Kenya.

PASTORAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Accountability to Pastors United will increase the progress and effectiveness of your personal functionality and your church’s development. Reports, goals, and testimonies will produce an environment of growth and success.

ANNUAL CONFERENCES AND SUMMITS

Pastors United hosts annual conferences that are empowering for Pastors, leaders and church membership. Designated conferences, including a “Pastors Only” summit, provide training, impartation and fellowship for all who attend.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PASTORAL MEMBERSHIP

You must be the senior pastor, or spouse of a senior pastor, actively pastoring a Christian church that has an active membership and complete the Pastors United application.

Pastors cannot be under covering of another organization or association.

Must follow Christian Biblical principles and doctrine and lead their churches in the same

Be likeminded and spiritually connected with Bishop and Pastor Deborah.

All Pastors United members must be willing to be inducted into the organization according to the policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization

Q: What is Pastors United?
A: A systematic program designed to train, empower and equip Pastors to effectively carry out their assignment and make the maximum impact through their local church while providing a spiritual covering.

Q: What are the financial requirements for being a member of Pastors United?
A: Members of Pastors United are required to submit an entrance fee of $75 (fee covers Senior Pastor and spouse, if married). Please note that this fee is due upon submission of your application to join Pastors United. Senior Pastors are required to give monthly tithes to help support the Pastors United organization.
