Who’s ready to do some shopping?  Join us on Saturday, October 10th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for the Harvest Life Mega Community Yard Sale!  Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to catch great deals on furniture, clothes, toys, jewelry and more as you hunt for your new-to-you treasures!  This event is open to everyone so invite your friends, family and neighbors to come out – and let the shopping begin!  Please note that masks are required and we will observe social distancing for this event.

VENDOR INFORMATION

You can reserve a space to sell your items at the Mega Community Yard Sale for a $25 donation! Applications must be submitted in person at Harvest Life Church by Friday, October 9th during our business hours, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Download the Vendor Application (print, fill out and return).

Vendor Donation:  $25.00 per person (no refunds or exchanges)

Vendor Area Includes:
   •  1 – 6 ft table
   •  2 – Chairs

 Vendor Guidelines:

   •  Food sales are not permitted
   •  Vendors are responsible for handling their own transactions and for providing change for sales
   •  Items must be in good condition
   •  All unsold items must leave with the vendor
   •  Electric outlets will not be provided

Day-Of Information:

   •  Arrival Time: 7:30 am (must be setup by 8:50 am)
   •  Departure Time: Vendors must be completely shut down and prepared to depart the parking lot by 2:00 pm
   •  Parking: Park on the church parking lot (our Events Staff will guide you to your parking space)
   •  Attire: Casual Attire.  Face mask is required.
