All ministries are open to men and women ages 18 and up unless otherwise noted.
Ushers are responsible for greeting and seating people attending service. They also serve during offering and distribute items to the congregation as required.
Must be able to stand for approximately 1 hour.
Harvest Life Choir
The Harvest Life Choir helps to set an atmosphere of praise in Sunday Worship Services, special events and more.
Audio Services Technicians utilize digital soundboards to manage the front of house or monitor mix in the sanctuary, maintaining optimal sound distribution and quality for services and events. Techs also support meetings and special events in various areas of the building, parking lot and external sites.
Baby and Me
Attendants are responsible for the cleanliness of the Baby and Me room and provide support as mothers care for their children.
Open to women only, ages 18 and up.
Church Security Staff protects the facility, employees, members and guests from theft, fire, vandalism and other criminal activity, allowing a peaceful and secure atmosphere for worship.
Cooks support The Marketplace by preparing attractive, delicious meals for purchase.
Food Programs volunteers plan and carry out Food Drives for the community, as well as support partner organizations by helping to organize their food storage facilities.
Food Servers serve food while providing a wholesome, clean, safe, friendly environment for our members and guests.
Gentlemen’s Ministry volunteers assist females and those with physical limitations to ascend and descend the stairs to the stage. This ministry also provides a secondary security presence. Open to men only; ages 18 and up.
Guest Reception Hospitality
First Time Guest Hospitality volunteers support the First Time Guest Reception by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere; greeting attendees and serving snacks.
Homeless Prevention volunteers participate in preparing and serving hot meals ensuring single adults and family members receive the support and compassion necessary to thrive. Volunteers should be friendly, approachable, customer service-oriented and a people person.
This ministry is open to male and female members to provide musical support for Sunday worship services and events. Members must play one or more horns (sax, trumpet, trombone), be a skilled musician and able to play by ear in all key signatures.
Ministry members must be 16 years of age or older. Audition required. Please note that anyone auditioning must have their own instrument and bring it to the audition.
Hosts are responsible for greeting members and guests and keeping the area clean and orderly in the seating area outside of The Marketplace.
Maintenance and Repair
Ministry members are responsible for handling maintenance of church HVAC, interior/exterior building repairs and more.
Medical Ministry volunteers assist members and guests with minor medical issues during services and/or events as well as respond to any emergent medical situations that may arise. Open to men and women ages 18 and up.
Required: CPR certification|Harvest medical training through the Medical Ministry
The Mime Ministry uses pantomime, set to music, to convey spiritual messages that set an atmosphere of praise for Sunday Worship Services, special events and more.
This ministry is open to male and female members to provide musical support for Sunday worship services and events. Members must play keyboard, organ, lead guitar, bass guitar or drums, be a skilled musician and able to play by ear and in all key signatures.
Ministry members must be 16 years of age or older. Audition required. Please note that anyone auditioning on lead guitar or bass must have their own instrument and bring it to the audition.
This ministry is open to male and female members to provide musical support for Sunday worship services and events. You may audition with any instrument in the string, woodwind, percussion or brass families. Must be a skilled musician and able to play by ear and in all key signatures.
Ministry members must be 16 years of age or older. Audition required. Please note that you must have your own instrument and bring it to the audition.
We happily greet all worshippers who enter the sanctuary and strategically seat them to ensure a wonderful worship experience. We welcome our guests with a first time guest brochure and we collect offering for Ministry of Giving. We distribute fans and always serve as a ministry that has the security and safety of our Senior Pastors and congregation in mind.
Photographers are responsible for shooting compelling images that depict the best of what takes place during services and events.
Open to men and women ages 16 and up. Audition required. Must have own camera.
Praise and Worship Team
Praise and Worship Team members lead the congregation in corporate worship through song.
Must be able to sing on key.
The Prayer Ministry prays for requests posted on the website Prayer Wall, as well as for church events, services and initiatives as required.
Shuttle Service Attendant
Shuttle Service Attendants assist riders with safely entering and exiting the shuttle as needed.
Shuttle Service Driver
Shuttle Service Drivers operate the church’s 2 buses to transport individuals to/from overflow parking on Sundays & Wednesdays. Drive for special events as needed. Open to men and women ages 21 and up.
Required: Class or above Commercial Driver License (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
Sunday School Logistics Team
The Team prepares for Sunday School by setting up classrooms, posting signage and other duties.
The Television Ministry captures digital footage of services and events for display on TV screens throughout the church as well as creating post-production video content. The TV Ministry assists with live social media broadcasts, produced TV broadcasts, special video productions and more. Open to ages 16 and up.
The Temple Ministry maintains the cleanliness and order of all public areas of the facility before, during and after services and events. They also collaborate with other ministries to ensure optimal results.
Youth Community Reach Staff
The Youth Community Reach ministry provides care to local communities, by volunteering at local shelters, feeding the homeless, hosting clothes, toy and food drives, visiting senior assisted living facilities and some hospital visitation.
Youth Evangelism Staff
Youth Evangelism Staff assists with planning and preparation for Youth Outreach events including youth flyer outreach, online campaigns and on-site events.
Youth Sunday School Teacher Assistant
Youth Sunday School Teacher Assistants help teachers manage students and classroom activities.
