The 21 Days of Consecration is designed to help us grow in our relationship with God and become better in body, mind, soul and spirit. It includes a partial fast, daily prayer, scripture readings and exercise. “Partial” fast means that we will eliminate some common things from our daily diet, but will have generous options available. We have provided a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid during the fast.

WHO’S DOING IT?
Adults age 18 and up are fasting from certain foods for 21 days and fasting from social media for one week.
Youth in 6th – 12th grade are fasting from social media for one week.
