21 Days of Consecration is designed to help us grow in our relationship with God and become better in body, mind, soul and spirit. It includes a partial fast, daily prayer, scripture readings and exercise. “Partial” fast means that we will eliminate some common things from our daily diet. We have provided a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid during the fast.

WHO’S DOING IT?
Adults ages 18 and up are fasting from certain foods for 21 days.

Youth in Middle and High School are fasting from social media on Monday, January 8th.
