I know it says raw, unsalted nuts, but what about roasted nuts?

Natural peanut butter.

What about salad dressing?

You may use any vinaigrettes or italian dressing.

Do I need to eat organic foods while on the fast?

No.

Can I eat at restaurants?

Yes, however, be mindful – you are on the Consecration Fast.

What about bread?

You can eat whole wheat bread.

Can I eat popcorn?

How much can I eat?

As long as they are the appropriate foods, we recommend eating until satisfied.
